in 2018, rebecca bridges began HOUSE OF DRENNAN, a rock hill, sc based design firm specializing in full-service residential renovation projects.
HOUSE OF DRENNAN began after following a life-long passion of design + décor. growing up, the three most influential women in rebecca’s life; martha drennan, her grandmother, jane, her aunt, + kathy, her mother, instilled in her a love of antiques + classic design, an appreciation for quality, heirloom pieces and taught her the importance of family + southern tradition.
HOUSE OF DRENNAN was coined in their honor.
over the years, rebecca + her team have become known for classic, curated, colorful interiors — add in a few antiques, modern art + a dash of whimsy, and you’ve landed on the firm’s signature look.
HOUSE OF DRENNAN believes in selecting “forever” pieces that will stand the test of time, incorporating meaningful items into your home, including modern art + textiles, and mixing both high ticket + budget items for a collected, curated, comfortable look.
rebecca has been privileged to work with some of the most talented architects + builders in the area and has worked on projects across the united states, including north carolina, texas, alabama, ohio + missouri.
her passion, however, is remaining local and building relationships with tradesmen + vendors + clients. there is no greater honor than helping turn a house into a home. in doing so, HOUSE OF DRENNAN considers each client’s unique lifestyle + needs + stage in life. each detail is thoughtfully planned with the client in mind + chosen for its function, form, meaning + beauty.

rebecca bridges
founder + principal
rebecca is the founder + lead decorator at HOUSE OF DRENNAN. her love of design has been around for as long as she can remember; from rearranging + decorating her room as a child to antiquing with her mom + aunt, to learning about architecture + design styles throughout her extensive travels.
a former teacher + homemaker, rebecca’s foray into interior design began after having friends + acquaintances ask for help decorating their homes. followed with an internship and working as a design associate for a local decorator, rebecca’s love for interior design quickly turned into a fulfilling passion.
since starting HOUSE OF DRENNAN in 2018, rebecca has received her CAD certification, attended the new york institute of art & design, completed numerous training sessions pertaining to chief architect + construction document standards, and joined the interior design society of charlotte.
rebecca is a current board member of the women’s arts initiative + the arts council of york county.
rebecca lives in rock hill, sc with her husband, rick, and their three young boys, whom all teach her the importance of quality made pieces paired with “little boy proof” fabrics + finishes.

kathy raines
client services
kathy oversees client services at HOUSE OF DRENNAN. she runs a tight ship (she’s rebecca’s mom, so she can!) and helps keep HOUSE OF DRENNAN running smoothly, ensures all items are accurately ordered + that our clients stay up to date on their projects.
a former homemaker + school network technician, kathy’s love of interior design has always been present. kathy prefers a traditional design aesthetic and thinks a touch of red should be in every room. she has a love of all things blue and white, an extensive staffordshire dog collection, and collects crystal + silver from her world travels. from creating beautiful gardens at her home to antiquing to her appreciation of family heirloom pieces, kathy knows the true testament to any beautiful home is a welcoming one.
kathy lives in mitford, sc with her husband, tom. she loves to travel, garden, cook, and host her three grandsons to the country.

heather deese
studio concierge
heather is the studio concierge here at HOUSE OF DRENNAN. she ensures our studio + office materials + presentations are organized. she oversees marketing materials, accompanies rebecca on consultations + photoshoots, helps source for client projects … basically, heather does a little bit of everything + has an impeccable attention to detail.
a former teacher + current jack of all trades at a local, beloved preschool, heather has always had a love for decorating + keeping things organized. heather loves navy blue, prefers a traditional design aesthetic, believes in decorating for all seasons + holidays, loves all things blue and white + understands the importance of having a calm sanctuary at home.
heather lives in rock hill, sc with her husband, jason + daughter, jamison. she loves spending her free time in the mountains, beach + lake.
