HOUSE OF DRENNAN was coined in honor of the three most influential women in founder rebecca bridges’ life; martha drennan raines, her grandmother, jane raines mahaffey, her aunt, and kathy bradley raines, her mother. these women, as seen below, instilled in her a love of antiques + classic design, an appreciation for quality, heirloom pieces and taught her the importance of family + southern tradition. values + philosophies that are very much present in every aspect of the firm’s work today.

HOUSE OF DRENNAN specializes in full-service residential renovation projects. this means our team works alongside architects, builders + tradesmen to ensure a project reaches its full potential from concept to completion.
in addition to helping clients select fixtures + finishes and creating detailed drawings for cabinetry + millwork during the concept + construction phase, our firm also creates a unique design plan for your project. our firm ensures that all elements of the design plan are ordered, tracked + installed so that our clients come home to a classic, curated, colorful space unique to their family’s lifestyle + needs.

our design service minimum is $3500 + a typical family room budget starts at $25,000.

the kathy
on-site consultation

all projects, whether large or small, begin with an on-site consultation. afterwards, a custom design service proposal is created based on the project square footage, complexity of the design, and total scope of work. we request 2 hours of your time for the $425 on-site consultation.

the jane
full-service decorating

every project starts with upfront design work that is based on a flat fee per space.
this service incorporates a custom design plan, along with the decorative elements that will provide you with beautifully styled + executed end results.
our full service design package is the most comprehensive decorating service offered at HOUSE OF DRENNAN. our exclusive process will take your space from what you dream to a classic, curated, colorful reality. HOUSE OFDRENNAN plans, manages, stores, installs + styles all aspects of your project... from start to finish. this service is best for clients who appreciate attention to detail + want a custom design plan for their family + needs.
services include, but are not limited to:
furniture plans, conceptual design boards, interior conceptual renderings, paint + wallpaper selection, case goods, upholstery + textile selection, accessories + art selection, and lighting selection
up to two revisions are included with this service and clients will receive a detailed presentation + proposal for their project at the HOUSE OF DRENNAN studio.

the martha
new construction + renovations

every project starts with upfront design work that is based on a flat fee per space.
our construction + renovation package combines selection services, along with detailed designs + specifications + elevations, that help convey the overall concept + look of your project. when combined, these elements create a spec book for general contractor use. these plans + elevations + specifications serve as a "road map" of sorts for your project, so that various tradesmen + workers can refer to the document throughout the duration of your project.
services include, but are not limited to:
blueprint review, furniture plans, interior elevations (cabinetry, vanities, bookcases, millwork, etc.), paint + materials selection, flooring selection, cabinetry styles, backsplash + countertop selection, lighting, fixtures, + hardware selection, and wallpaper selection.
up to two revisions are included with this service and clients will receive a detailed design book for their project.      

the TC
total, comprehensive project services

often, clients are looking for a bit "more". the TC monthly package does just that -- it is a total, comprehensive service available for the martha clients, only at a monthly flat fee for up to 10 hours of work from our team.
the TC is the most in-depth, on-site service that we offer here at HOUSE OF DRENNAN. it includes 2 on-site meetings with the project manager/client + weekly emails to the project manager for the duration of your project.
in addition, this service includes a once, weekly email to our team, where the client can generate a list of questions + issues + concerns they'd like to address or review. these questions will be answered, once per week, via email or a video, depending upon the length + complexity of the requests.
afterwards, all updates are sent to the project manager to ensure seamless communication throughout your project.
